We determine which Profiles assessment will produce the data to resolve your current situation objectively and professionally. Assessments take less than an hour to complete, and can be taken on any computer, at any location, at any time.
We meet with you and your team, either in person or via phone or webcast, to review the assessment results. You’ll discover that the data is easy to gather, interpret, understand and use; it targets the decisions you need to make.
Together we define action steps and track results.
We can provide additional support (for example, leadership training) or hand over the entire process to you when you’re ready. We’re always available to support ongoing work, but you will be self-sufficient if you want to be—a key reason the system works.
